Are Jumptown Inflatables® games just for Company or Community events?
Not at all. Jumptown Inflatables® are the perfect entertainment for children at birthday parties, picnic, family reunions, festivals, company picnics, church events, fund-raisers, business promotions, grand openings and any other event where children will be present.
Do you have different characters or themes and types of inflatables available?
Yes. There offer many different types of inflatables including many character themes to choose from. Call us for specific time and date availability of themes.
Do you deliver and set up?
Jumptown Inflatables has courteous drivers that will deliver and set up each piece of equipment and insure that it is clean and in good working condition well before your party starts and will also come to take it down after the party is over. Set-up normally takes about 15-20 minutes.
How much room do I need to have a game from Jumptown Inflatables ?
Please check the web page for each piece which should give you the clearance needed for each piece. When you call to reserve with Jumptown, we will let you know the dimensions for the particular piece you will be renting. Also you need to factor in some clearance on each side for jumping and movement.
Can I set up the Jumptown Inflatables on surfaces other than grass?
We can set up most of the games from Jumptown Inflatables® on virtually any smooth surface including grass, cement, asphalt, inside etc. Let us know the surface you will be using and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event. (extra fee for non-grass set ups may apply). Unfortunately we can not set them up on dirt or sand.
How do you blow-up each game?
Each game from Jumptown Inflatables uses a small fan that is plugged into a regular household (110) outlet within 80-100ft. We bring the extension cords. If you would like to set a piece at a park or place without an electrical outlet, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an small additional charge.
Is the equipment from Jumptown safe?
Yes. Our inflatables are constructed to be as safe as possible. As with any activity involving small children, an adult should supervise the activity. This will help ensure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the jump. Most games are covered overhead and also has netting on all four sides to allow great visibility and air circulation.
Are you insured?
Yes. Jumptown Inflatables is fully insured for any event. Non-profit groups can be named as additional an insured upon request. (an extra fee maybe incurred).
What if it rains?
On rainy days we call each customer to give you the option of canceling. However, most of our bouncers have rain covers that keep the inside relatively dry. This way in light rain your party will not be ruined. We do reserve the discretion to not set up in heavy rain or strong wind.
Can I have my party at a park?
Yes. Jumptown Inflatable’s units are great for parks. Some cities require that you have reservations in order to have an inflatable. Also you want to find out from the city’s Parks and Recreation Department whether there is power (at least 20 amp circuit) where you will want the unit set up. If not, we can supply a generator for an additional charge.
Is there an age limit?
All of our inflatables are designed for ages 3 & up. Kids and adults of all ages can have a great time in our Jumptown Inflatables. We have some guidelines as to how many people can fit in or on a game at one time. It is usually not a weight capacity issue, but a guide to allow everyone enough room to jump around safely. See the page for each inflatable to see its recommended number of players.
Do you require a deposit?
Due to the popularity of our inflatables a 25% deposit is required. Payments can be made via check, cash or card. Any remaining balance will be collected the day of the party when we set up the inflatables. A full refund will be offered if the event is cancelled within 10 days.
What if I have to cancel?
Cancelling 10 days prior to your event a full refund is available. Jumptown reserves full discretion on any refunds or credits if you cancel within 10 days of your event. Any events cancelled by Jumptown Inflatables due to inclement weather (rain or heavy winds) will result in a full refund.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Jumptown Inflatables accepts cash, checks or cards.
What if I need to reach you during my party?
We always have someone in the office or available by mobile phone when there are Jumptown Inflatable games out. In the rare event that you have a problem one quick phone call can get it solved. If we can’t help you by phone, one of our courteous drivers will be out in a short time to assist you.
